Nel contesto professionale, le competenze digitali sono spesso richieste in molte posizioni e settori, riflettendo la crescente digitalizzazione del mondo del lavoro. Le digital soft skill, sono delle abilità trasversali che non si imparano frequentando la scuola, un corso o l’ambiente di lavoro. In questo caso, per l’azienda è importante che i dipendenti possiedano le digital hard skill necessarie per portare a termine un determinato lavoro nel minor tempo possibile. Attraverso le competenze digitali specifiche, si è in grado di dimostrare le proprie abilità lavorative, l’attitudine a raggiungere i risultati prefissati ma soprattutto si è in grado di dimostrare le proprie conoscenze in materia.

Tra i lavori digitali non strettamente tecnici, l’Osservatorio HR del Politecnico di Milano ha individuato un aumento di richiesta nel settore risorse umane e formazione. Massimizzare le Competenze con Risorse Digitali: Un Passo Necessario

Come hai ben capito, il profilo di un buon candidato si basa principalmente sulle skills acquisite con l’impegno e l’esperienza, senza tralasciare anche aspetti più trasversali della sua personalità. Se poi vuoi diventare un professionista nel digitale, è necessario un mix di capacità personali e interpersonali che possono portarti al successo. Queste competenze digitali rappresentano un punto di partenza fondamentale per i cittadini italiani che desiderano affrontare le sfide e sfruttare le opportunità offerte dalla società digitale contemporanea. Le digital hard skill sono quelle competenze digitali che si acquisiscono durante il percorso di studi frequentando scuole, università, corsi o master.

Queste competenze sono diventate sempre più essenziali in un mondo sempre più connesso e tecnologico, dove la maggior parte delle aziende si affida a strumenti digitali per svolgere il proprio lavoro. Avere un bagaglio culturale più ampio rispetto agli altri ti darà enormi vantaggi che molti sottovalutano, mentre tu sarai più avanti. In questi ultimi anni, poi, l’online ha fatto il resto, offrendo tante opportunità a chi vuole cambiare la sua vita o reinventarsi.

Le piattaforme digitali, come Coursera, edX, Udemy, e altre, hanno reso l’apprendimento accessibile a milioni di persone in tutto il mondo, facilitando l’accesso a seminari, corsi e certificazioni. La capacità di comunicare in modo efficace, pensare in modo creativo e adattarsi rapidamente ai cambiamenti sono solo alcune delle competenze soft indispensabili per eccellere nel mondo del marketing digitale. Un mix equilibrato tra competenze tecniche e soft skills è ciò che porta al successo duraturo nell’ambiente digital. Acquisire competenze digitali significa essere in grado di utilizzare al meglio le risorse digitali a nostra disposizione, come internet e software specifici, per svolgere compiti e ottenere risultati in modo efficiente. Queste competenze non sono solo utili nel contesto lavorativo, ma anche nella vita di tutti i giorni, per comunicare con gli altri, trovare informazioni e risolvere problemi in modo rapido ed efficace.

Diventare rider con Glovo o Deliveroo può rappresentare una valida opportunità per chi è alla ricerca di un lavoro secondario flessibile e dinamico. In queste piattaforme, il ruolo del rider consiste nel consegnare cibo, spesa o altri articoli a domicilio, servendosi di un mezzo di trasporto — spesso una bicicletta o uno scooter — e di un’app dedicata per ricevere gli ordini. Il problema/opportunità è che non tutti hanno il tempo o le competenze per occuparsi del montaggio e dell’editing, di conseguenza la figura del video editor è sempre più richiesta sia da influencer emergenti che da aziende consolidate. Per ogni tipologia di attività o professione il video rappresenta un canale fondamentale per raggiungere il proprio pubblico. L’affitto breve di camere o immobili completi è un settore che ha conosciuto un boom negli ultimi 5 anni e che continua ad essere un’opportunità molto valida. Nel 2025 la differenza la fa anche la capacità di integrare l’intelligenza artificiale nelle fasi di creazione e marketing.

Per questo è necessario dividere la popolazione aziendale in fasce, più o meno omogenee, con obiettivi di apprendimento simili. In questo periodo di transizione digitale, non sempre è facile trovare un corso di studi universitario che offra le competenze richieste dal mercato del lavoro. Per questo, il consiglio migliore che puoi dare a tuo figlio è quello di cercare di formarsi anche da solo. Su siti internazionali come Edex, Coursera, Federica si possono trovare corsi online gratuiti su tutte le competenze digitali tecniche o trasversali. In conclusione, massimizzare le competenze attraverso risorse digitali è un passo fondamentale nel nostro sviluppo personale e professionale. Investire tempo e sforzi per apprendere in modo attivo e dinamico ci preparerà ad affrontare con successo le nuove sfide del mercato del lavoro.
